We've all got 24 hours how will you spend yours?
It doesn’t matter whether you are the King of England, the Pope, Richard Branson, or whether you are a sales rep, store manager, or you work in a factory…
We ALL have the same 24 hours a day available to us…
BUT! it’s HOW YOU use those 24 hours each day which makes the difference…
The point is; we all have 24 hours a day, less the recommended amount of sleep of around 8 hours, so then the big question is: given life is short enough already, how well are YOU using the other 16 hours whilst you are awake?
OK, so you started off with 24 hours, had some sleep and now you only have 16 hours left whilst awake…
Quick Fact:
Technically, for those of you who often say things like “there’s not enough hours in a day” – you’re in luck… most days are actually slightly more than 24 hours! – 24.0000002743 in fact !! (and about a billion years ago, a day was actually 5 hours shorter!)
When you then consider that a lot of people spend around 8 or 9 hours each day working to make their bosses wealthier, then suddenly you now only have maybe 8 hours left...
Then, think about all the unpaid “lost hours” too – all those nightmare daily commutes to and from the office, maybe stuck in traffic or on the tube… and perhaps you even take some work home with you or maybe you have to deal with phone calls from the boss at the weekend?
All of a sudden you find that you now only have maybe around 5 hours per day leftto make a meal, do a bit of washing, and attempt to fit in an hour or so with your family…
Before doing it all again tomorrow…
You are effectively just “existing”
You could be spending up to 41% of your day making someone else wealthy just so you can “struggle to pay your bills”

Life’s too short…
If you are lucky enough these days to live to around the age of 80 or so – when you consider that maybe the first 20 or 25 years of your life is spent in education, followed by perhaps 40 or 50 years working just to make someone else wealthy (i.e. your bosses) – then maybe its time to re-think your lifestyle before its too late?
